How to Request After-Sales Service
1. Consultation
We will check the current condition of the item and, together with your request, propose the best repair method.
If the repair is free of charge, of course, and if it is paid, we will decide the repair details after consulting with you in advance.

2. Custody
Please send your jewelry to our workshop. Our dedicated craftsman will re-examine the condition of the jewelry and decide on the repair details. We will contact you, and if there are no issues, we will begin the repair work.

3. Repair
Skilled craftsmen exclusively employed by Atelier Milanese Japan handle every step consistently.
From resizing to repolishing and stone setting, we carefully finish each piece with consideration for strength and design.
4. Inspection
Jewelry that has been repaired undergoes a double check by two staff members to ensure nothing is overlooked. Each piece of jewelry is carefully subjected to multiple quality inspections. We handle your precious jewelry with care to ensure it returns in the best possible condition.

Free upkeep (no charge)
Using a jewelry cloth exclusive to Atelier Milanese Japan, we polish and use a special ultrasonic cleaning machine to restore the brilliance of diamonds and the metal itself.
*Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Return shipping costs will be covered by our store.
We check for looseness of the secured diamonds and small diamonds, as well as any warping of the metal. If there are any issues, we will consult with you and carry out repairs.

Repair (paid service)
We will increase or decrease the size.
If necessary, we use additional metal to maintain strength.
Size reduction by 1 size within one month after delivery is free of charge. Size increase is charged.

From small scratches to large ones, the shine can be lost. By re-polishing, it will be restored to a sparkling shine like new.
For matte finishes, a matte treatment will also be applied.

We will restore rings that have become oval from daily use back to a perfect circle and polish them to look like new. For minor cases, repairs are free when used together with other services.

When a ring is subjected to strong pressure, it may become deformed. Areas that have stretched due to repeated deformation can sometimes break with a "snap," so Atelier Milanese Japan crafts rings that are resistant to deformation and offers four types of metals.

To bring out the beautiful silvery shine of platinum to the fullest, we use 95% highly precious platinum, with the remaining 5% specially blended to increase hardness.
All 750RG/YG/CG are also uniquely blended, and each is a metal we take pride in. At Atelier Milanese Japan, we are particular about all the materials we use and deliver rings of the highest quality.
