D-Color & VVS Clarity

D color, brilliance of clarity VVS

The D color of a diamond is the highest grade of color, representing a very rare, colorless and transparent diamond. It has extremely high clarity and light reflectance, giving it a very beautiful sparkle and shine. Clarity VVS stands for Very Very Slightly Included, indicating a clean diamond with almost no inclusions or impurities. Diamonds with VVS clarity are clear and beautiful, with excellent light reflection.

TYPE2a

A sparkle born from extremely high clarity and purity

TYPE2a diamonds are rare diamonds with extremely high clarity and purity. Because they contain almost no nitrogen, they are characterized by a color closer to colorless than other diamonds. For this reason, they shine brilliantly and are highly valued as high-quality gemstones. Additionally, it is noteworthy that TYPE2a diamonds are very scarce. They make up only about 2% of all diamonds, so their trade in the market is also limited.

Diamonds and social issues

Diamonds and social issues

Because diamonds have high value, they are a precious resource for earning foreign currency in many countries, but behind this lie various social issues such as conflicts, working conditions, and environmental problems. To address these social issues, it is necessary to establish sustainable mining methods, trading rules, and strengthen corporate social responsibility.
At Atelier Milanese Japan, we tackle social issues and handle only lab-grown diamonds that are sustainable and environmentally considerate.

Pure beauty, a symbol of peace - Lab-grown diamonds

Lab-grown diamonds are supported by many people for their beauty and ethical considerations.

pure and innocent

The reason it is called a token of peace

Lab-grown diamonds are diamonds created in a controlled environment with the same components and chemical properties as natural diamonds. There are no diamonds with the same brilliance as natural diamonds. They boast almost no impurities and consistent high quality and beauty. They place little burden on people and the environment, making them a peaceful and sustainable choice, and can be said to be special diamonds considerate of the coming era. Natural diamonds are also attractive, but lab-grown diamonds are regarded as having beauty that is equal to or even surpasses them.

Guaranteeing quality and worth

IGI Certificate

Although these diamonds are created in a laboratory, the environment that promotes their growth is carefully prepared and managed in the lab, and no two diamonds have the same brilliance.
Just like natural diamonds, they are graded using the 4C system according to international standards. The lab-grown diamonds used at Atelier Milanese Japan are of the highest quality, known as ideal cut, and all diamonds over 0.3 carats come with a certificate from the International Gemological Institute (IGI).
